Regardless of the focus of the coaching - transition to new role, accelerated professional/personal development, misalignment, self-limiting beliefs, or unproductive behaviors - Catharine’s capacity for caring, profound insight and ‘practical’ wisdom have proven to be an ideal combination in her role as trusted advisor to C Suite leaders and their teams.
Catharine holds BA Honours and Bachelor of Education degrees from the University of Toronto and has pursued graduate language studies in Quebec, France and Germany. Catharine has served as a Board Member for two Not-For-Profit organizations and was an Adjunct Professor, Rotman School of Business for over 10 years.
